The majority of Council members are elected by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, with three further members appointed by the elected members.The Scots College Council is responsible for general policy decisions and the financial administration of the College, with the general administration of the College delegated to the College Principal. The business and finance side of the administration of the College is in turn handled by the Director of Finance.
